The Âé¶¹´«Ã½strategic plan—launched in mid-2025 after an 18-month effort by multiple stakeholders, including the Board of Regents, Past Presidents, Board of Governors, Young Fellows Association, Resident and Associate Society, committee members, and staff executives—highlights four main pillars that define our goals and will serve as guideposts toward achieving our vision. Initiatives conducted throughout these four strategic pillars will be built on data-driven operational excellence and the continued development and well-being of staff, empowering them to drive innovation, inclusive excellence, and value across all strategic pillars.
